Eligibility & Supported Jurisdictions

Personal Banking is open to adults who complete identity verification (KYC): full legal name, date of birth, residential address (P.O. Boxes are not accepted), national tax or identification number, verified phone and email, a government-issued photo ID, recent proof of address, and a selfie for identity matching.

Business Banking is open to registered legal entities whose operators complete business verification (KYB): entity details and registration number, tax identification, incorporation documents, proof of business address, and operating authority such as a board resolution.

To be confirmed: The confirmed list of supported and restricted jurisdictions will be published here by the company's administrators. Registration from a jurisdiction does not by itself guarantee that every service is available there.

Every application is reviewed by Dominion staff. Activation requires an approved verification application; Dominion may decline applications where verification cannot be completed or where services are not supported in the applicant's jurisdiction.
