Risk Disclosures

Financial services involve risk. Read these disclosures carefully before using any Dominion service. Nothing on this website is financial advice.

Digital assets

Digital-asset prices are highly volatile and can fall to zero. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible: assets sent to a wrong address or unsupported network can be permanently lost. Network congestion, protocol changes, and provider failures can delay or prevent transactions.

Custody of digital assets depends on operational arrangements and providers; the details published inside the platform govern. Dominion does not guarantee the value, liquidity, or availability of any digital asset.

Investments and portfolio services

The value of investments can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you invested. Past performance does not predict future results. Indicative valuations shown in a portfolio view may differ from prices at which transactions can actually be executed.

Crypto-collateralized lending

Borrowing against volatile collateral carries a real risk of liquidation. If collateral value falls, product terms may require additional collateral or partial repayment on short notice; unmet requirements can lead to liquidation of some or all pledged assets, and you may still owe amounts if proceeds do not cover the loan.

Approval is never guaranteed: every application is underwritten against published product terms.

Tokenized products

A token represents rights under a specific legal and operational arrangement. Its value and enforceability depend on that arrangement, and technology failures, legal uncertainty, and counterparty risk can all affect tokenized products. A token is not legally equivalent to fiat currency unless the arrangement and its documentation establish that.

General

Services depend on jurisdiction, verification, product terms, providers, and operational readiness, and may be unavailable, delayed, or suspended. Dominion does not promise returns, guaranteed growth, or capital protection.

These disclosures are a summary, not an exhaustive list of all risks. They should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being relied upon as legal terms.
