Supported assets and networks
Only assets and blockchain networks configured in the live platform are supported. Sending an asset on an unsupported network can result in permanent loss, so the platform only presents networks it actually supports.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits are credited only after the required network confirmations and platform verification. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before release. A receipt, screenshot, or manual declaration does not by itself confirm a payment.
Custody
Custody arrangements depend on verified providers. Details of custody arrangements will be published when the arrangements are operational and approved for publication.
Risk disclosure
Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Digital-asset prices are volatile and transactions may be delayed by network conditions. Sending assets to an incorrect address or network can result in total loss.
