How It Works

The Dominion customer journey

From registration to withdrawals, here is exactly how the platform works — including what happens behind the interface. Availability of each step depends on jurisdiction, verification, product terms, and operational readiness.

  1. 1

    Explore products and check eligibility

Review the Services pages, Fees & Charges, and Eligibility & Jurisdictions pages. Every service shows its status — available or in development — so you know exactly what is operational before you register.

  2. 2

    Register

Create your sign-in credentials and choose Personal Banking or Business Banking. Registration creates unfunded accounts only — no balances exist until your account is verified, approved, and funded through a supported method.

  3. 3

    Complete identity verification

Personal customers complete KYC: legal name, date of birth, residential address, tax or national identification number, verified phone and email, a government-issued photo ID, recent proof of address, and a selfie for identity matching. Business customers complete KYB: entity details, registration number, tax identification, incorporation documents, proof of business address, and operating authority. Dominion staff review every submission; activation requires approval.

  4. 4

    Fund your account

Once approved, fund your account using a supported, approved method shown inside the application. The interface shows you the available methods; behind it, deposits are credited only after payment verification — an uploaded receipt, screenshot, or manual declaration does not by itself confirm a payment.

  5. 5

    Manage balances and portfolio positions

Your dashboard shows eligible balances, transaction history, and statements. Where portfolio services are enabled, cash balances, digital assets, investments, and unrealized gains or losses are displayed separately.

  6. 6

    Apply for lending

Eligible customers can review published lending products and submit an application. Applications go through underwriting against the product terms; approval is never guaranteed. If approved, the loan is funded from the institution's own capital and collateral is locked until repayment.

  7. 7

    Repay and release collateral

Repay according to the agreed schedule. When the loan is fully repaid, your collateral is released. If collateral value falls, product terms may require additional collateral or partial repayment.

  8. 8

    Withdraw and review your history

Withdrawal requests are submitted inside the application and reviewed before release. Your full transaction history and statements remain available in your account at all times.

  9. 9

    Get support

Account holders can raise support tickets inside the authenticated application. Prospective customers can reach us through the Contact page.
